The questions you'd ask sales.

Is there really no credit card needed for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, get 14 days of the Team plan. On day 14 you choose a plan (or don't) — your workspace stays read-only for 30 days if you walk away.
What happens when I outgrow Starter's 5-user limit?
You'll see a banner at user 4, and a prompt to switch at user 6. Migration is one click — no data moves, no settings reset. Just billing changes on the next cycle.
Can I import from Asana / Notion / Linear / Monday?
Yes for all four, plus generic CSV. Imports preserve owners, dates, and comment history when present. Most teams import in under 10 minutes.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — 20% off the monthly rate when paid annually. Available on Team and Business. Free and Starter are monthly-only.
What about GDPR or data residency?
GDPR-compliant by default; we offer a standard data processing agreement on Team and above. EU data residency is available on Business; contact us for details.
How does non-profit pricing work?
50% off all paid plans for verified 501(c)(3) or equivalent organizations. Email us at spencer@splx.group with your determination letter and we'll apply the discount to your account.
